For partners in the UK: understanding the allergen lists and how they relate to supply chain compliance
All of the allergen lists for our brands are designed around ingredients from Brakes, our approved supplier for the UK. If partners order from Brakes, then we have certainty that the allergen list will be accurate.
If a partner uses ingredients bought from a different supplier we have no ability to confirm the accuracy of the allergen list. Further, as partners’ contact details are not listed on their brand listings for Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo, customers have no way of contacting the partner to verify whether the allergen list is up to date.
For this reason, partners must comply with our supply chain by ordering from our approved supplier via Apicbase. Failure to do so will result in the Partner bearing full legal liability should a customer order an item containing an allergen that was not shown on the allergen list.
