How to order from JJ's via Apicbase

When to order, how payment & reconciliation process work with JJ's?

Order and Payment process:

  • You should place the order via Apicbase by 3pm the working day before your order date at the latest. For example, for a Monday delivery day, the order must be placed by 3pm on Friday NOT 3pm Sunday. Insert how to order via apicbase here
  • You should ensure the correct funds are available in their account, as this will be debited the same working day as the order is placed.
  • If there are sufficient funds on your card you will receive an email from our payment provider, Stripe, with your VAT invoice.
  • If there are insufficient funds or your payment is declined for any other reason we will attempt to call you on your listed contact number. If the payment is not made by 4pm the order will be cancelled.
  • If your order is cancelled we will confirm this to you via email, you must then place another order via Apicbase once the funds are available in your account.
Reconciliation process:
  • When your order is delivered please ensure you are checking off each item as it is delivered to you with your JJs driver. This will form your proof of delivery document. You should reject any damaged items or mispicks at this point.
  • Any credits resulting from discrepancies between what you have ordered and what has been delivered will be automatically refunded to you on the following monday and you will receive an itemised credit note from our payment provider, Stripe. This will include any applicable VAT.
