What is the Knowledge Centre?

The Knowledge Centre is a tool to find useful information about Peckwater Brands. There are articles written by PWB team members on a range of topics, which are designed to answer any questions you may have.

How to navigate the Knowledge Centre

• The Knowledge Centre can be accessed through the Partner Portal.

Using the search bar

• Once you have been taken to the Knowledge Centre home page, you will be greeted with a search bar:

• Use this to search what you are looking for. A drop-down list of suggestions that are relevant to your search will appear as you are typing. Either click on a relevant article as it appears, or press 'enter' to scroll through all results.
• Once you are reading an article, you can still use the search bar at the top of the article to search for more articles.

Using the topics

• As an alternative to the search bar, you can find articles in the Knowledge Centre home page by scrolling down and clicking on the topic that you are interested in:

• Once you have clicked on a topic, it will show all articles related to this topic.
• These topics will also be available for you down the left-hand side of the page once you are in an article.

Finding related articles

• If you want to read articles that are similar to the article you are reading, scroll to the bottom of the page and look through the 'related articles'.
