This article will outline the communication that can be expected from JJs when an ingredient item will not be delivered
Background:
There are three reasons for JJs not delivering an ingredient that has been ordered through Apicbase:
- The item is out of stock at the depot
- You will be informed through an email from JJs, as can be seen in image 1.1 below
- Human error at the depot leading to an item being missed
- You will be informed during the delivery
- Human error in the delivery van to drop-off to another location
- You will be informed during the delivery
