How do I request to take on additional brands/ramp-up?

For partners: Understanding the process for requesting additional brands and the associated eligibility criteria.

We are really pleased that you are interested in taking on additional brands. Before you proceed with your request, you need to ensure that your site meets the eligibility criteria required for ramp up.

Eligibility criteria

In order to be considered for additional brands, you must first ensure that your site meets the following metric targets:

Metric Requirement
Rating 4.2 or above
Uptime 95% or above
Prep time Under 14 minutes
Supply chain Fully compliant

Please note: If your site launched within the last 8 weeks (known as a F8W site), you will not be eligible for ramp up. Once you have graduated from your first 8 weeks with us, you will then be considered eligible for a ramp up so long as the above criteria are met.

Tip: If you would like to discuss your performance in more detail, or request assistance from an Account Manager, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support team via the Partner Portal

We review your metrics over a 30-day period. If the above criteria are met, you can proceed with your request for additional brands.

Requesting additional brands

The first step is to raise a ticket with our Customer Support team via the Partner Portal explaining your request for additional brands. If you operate multiple sites, please ensure you include the site name and the specific brand stack you are interested in, where applicable.

The Customer Support team will take your details and book in a call with your Account Manager to discuss next steps.

Please note: although you can state a preference for a particular brand stack we cannot guarantee its availability. Brand stack matching for a ramp up is dependant on brand stack availability in your area, equipment needed onsite and whether you have any halal requirements.

Once you have been matched with a brand stack a member of the training team will be in touch to take you through the ramp up process.
