Partner Portal Technical Issues
Accessing Partner Portal
Partner Portal can be accessed through the icon downloaded on your PWB tablet.
Alternatively, you can access Partner Portal online at https://portal.peckwaterbrands.com/.
Logging in to Partner Portal
- If your details are not recognised you will need to log in - please enter the email you used throughout the onboarding process as your login email.
- If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Selecting a site in the Partner Portal
- Select your site in the dropdown at the top right.
Having technical issues?
If the partner portal website is down, not functioning or you are unable to identify the correct email address please raise this with technical_support@peckwaterbrands.com.
Non-technical portal requests will be redirected back to partner portal.
