For partners: Understanding how to report missing invoices/sales statements.

You will be paid on a fortnightly basis, before midnight every other Thursday. Your invoice and sales statement for the previous fortnightly trading period will be loaded into Partner Portal as part of this process.
In the first instance please check Partner Portal to find the links to download your invoice and sales statement - if your smart phone is not downloading the link please try with your PWB tablet or your laptop . Once you have checked the Partner Portal to ensure that your invoice/sales statement is not displayed, the next step is to raise a ticket with our Customer Support team

To assist the Customer Support team, please provide your location and postcode and the payment date of the invoice and/or sales statement you are missing - or the period which this covers - so that we can escalate this. Your issue will be referred to our Account Management team in the first instance. You can expect to receive a response within 2 working days.
