Ordering on JJs

We’ve created a step by step guide to help you place orders through JJs correctly and avoid any stock gaps or issues.

Please watch and follow the steps on the video below:

Tip: We recommend checking stock regularly, especially during weekends & busy periods and order stock once or twice a week to avoid stock shortages. Aim to place orders at least 48hrs in advance.

Since not all branches will stock every item at the same time, Please ensure that you’re aware of JJs Advance order criteria.

        JJs ADVANCE ORDER CRITERIA:

  • Order must be placed before 4pm (Monday/ Thursday) for next day delivery.
  • NOTE: some branches will require 48hrs for advance order, this will be shown once the item is added to the basket.
  • Orders placed on a Friday (even before 4pm) will be delivered on Monday the following week.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday the following week in most cases.
