Start of shift setup

Ensure the following has been actioned at the start of every customer support shift

  1. Load and open dialpad

    2. Ensure you are logged in with the following details

  2. Open freshdesk
  3. Open fresh chat
  4. Open intercom
  5. Open operations portal
