Background:
There are two scenarios in which ingredients could be unavailable in Apicbase:
- The ingredient is not stocked by PWB's preferred suppliers

- The ingredient has been ordered through Apicbase but unsuccessfully delivered by the PWB preferred supplier

- Where should I source a replacement from?
- Am I eligible for a refund for this replacement?
- The cost of sourcing these ingredients is included in the 'Base Commission' that you receive and so refunds will not be processed
