What is Just Eat's virtual brands policy?

For partners: understanding Just Eat's virtual brands policy, which limits the number of virtual brands a site can operate.

Just Eat’s Virtual Brand Policy allows a maximum of two virtual brands per site.

For a partner to be able to onboard and trade with two virtual brands, Just Eat's policy states that:

  1. The partner must have their own physical restaurant live on Just Eat (Just Eat refers to this as the ‘Parent Brand’ e.g. Chester’s Chicken);
  2. The partner must have a rating of 5 stars or higher (out of 6) for their restaurant; and
  3. The partner must have an FSA rating of 4 or higher.

Please note: Once Just Eat has reviewed and approved your account for virtual brands they will send you a tablet.  For more information on how to set up your tablet and activate your PWB brands click here.
