Dashboard
Your Dashboard section provides:
- An overview of your performance metrics
- Weekly updates and comments from your Account Manager
- A tracker of your latest payment from PWB
Analytics
Your Analytics >> Leaderboards section provides:
- How your restaurant is performing in comparison to others in the PWB estate
Your Analytics >> Accounts section provides:
- An overview of your financial performance to date
- A backlog of your invoices and sales statements from PWB
- NB: As of 20th January 2023, all new invoices and sales statements will be sent to you via email. Please contact our 24hr Customer Support team if you are missing these documents.
Analytics >> Insights
These sections provide:
- A breakdown of your financial performance
- A breakdown of your customer reviews and ratings
- A breakdown of your operational performance
- A breakdown of your platform metrics
- A breakdown of your orders
1. Your financial performance is measured in the Sales Overview section
Tip: Click the "Controls" tab to alter the date and timeframe shown within each section
2. Your customer reviews and ratings can be viewed in the Ratings and Comments section
You can also view your individual platform Ratings in this section

3. Your Prep Time, Driver Wait Time, and Uptime are shown in the Operations section

4. A breakdown of your orders - including cancelled and failed orders - can be found in the Orders section
Tip: In this section, the "Controls" tab allows you to filter by Platform and by Brand
5. Finally, the bottom of the Orders section provides an individual order tracker.
Tip: For each graph in the Analytics >> Insights dashboard, you can filter by day and by hour by selecting the figures within the graph.
The graph has now filtered by day. Complete these steps again to filter by hour.
Training
Your Training section provides:
- Videos and training guides for the brands assigned to your restaurant
- Videos and guides on the usage of systems - Deliverect, Apicbase, and Deliveroo tablets
1. Your training guides and videos can be located in the Kitchen section.
Tip: You can filter by brand stack by selecting the tabs at the top of the section.
2. Advice on using Deliverect, Apicbase, and the Deliveroo tablets can be found in the System section
Contact
Your Contact section includes:
- Contact information for your account manager
- Contact information for the platforms
- NB: You can call these numbers to apply for refunds on uncollected or cancelled orders. Please include the order numbers with your enquiry.
Support
Clicking on the Support button at the bottom right of the Partner Portal opens up Intercom which can be used to chat with our 24hr Customer Support Team.
Tip: You can contact our Customer Support Team if you are missing sales statements or invoices.
Choose site dropdown
If you have multiple sites associated with your account, you can switch between them by clicking on the site dropdown at the top right of the Partner Portal.
