What does Peckwater Brands provide to New Partners?

For partners in the UK: An article outlining what is provided as part of the Peckwater Brands launch package.

Introduction

Thanks for signing up and welcome to Peckwater Brands!  In this article we explain what you will get as part of the Peckwater Brands launch package.

As part of your onboarding and launch package you will receive the following:

  • A Stack of three of Peckwater's virtual brands.  For more information on Stacks click here.
  • Tech and Equipment to help you operate and manage the performance of the brands in your Stack.
  • Training & support - we offer a digital library of training guides and videos, 24/7 chat support, launch day training and a First Eight Week Programme to make sure you are set up for success.
  • Marketing - we provide you with up to £2500 worth of platform marketing support to kick start your trading on the delivery platforms.   

Tech and Equipment

The following tech will be posted to your site before your launch day:

  • PWB Tablet 
  • 3x Deliveroo tablets (one per brand)

The PWB Tablet will come loaded with the following:

  • Partner Portal - this where you can access training videos, cheat sheets, invoices, track performance against your KPIs and access 24/7 support. For more information click here.
  • Deliverect - integration software ensuring no matter how many brands you have they will come through to one tablet directly into your kitchen
  • Apicbase - our supply chain software where you can order ingredients from our approved suppliers to help you achieve the correct COGs.  For more information click here


Training and Support

  • Training Guides - we have guides and cheat sheets for each brand.  These are found in Partner Portal under the Training tab - select and click on the relevant brand and scroll down on the left hand side to find the cheat sheets section.
  • Training videos -  again we have training videos covering the cooking and assembly process for menu items in each brand.  These are found in Partner Portal under the Training tab - select and click on the relevant brand to see the videos menu.
  • Launch Day training - on launch day a member of our training team will come to your restaurant and will provide four hours training covering pre-trading food preparation, and how to operate each station during trading - cookline, assembly and dispatch.  We will also set up your onsite tech and provide training on Apicbase, Partner Portal and Deliverect.
  • 24/7 Customer Support - we have a customer support team who can be accessed via the support widget within Partner Portal.  They are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have or help to resolve any issues you might experience during trading. 
  • First Eight Week Programme - this includes:
    • Weekly calls with a PWB rep to review performance and share tips and best practice.
    • x2 onsite sessions in week 3 - Trade Observation and week 5 - OpEx Visit.  These sessions are intended to provide clear actions to help ensure you are hitting the right standards to maximise your performance and revenues.
    • A sales review at the end of week 4 and a graduation review at the end of week 8.  These in depth calls are to review performance and set clear goals and areas of focus to drive your growth.

Marketing

Each new listing will receive Peckwater Brands funded marketing for the first 12 weeks amounting to £2500 to kick start your trading on Deliveroo, UberEats and, if eligible, Just Eat.

Deliveroo marketing will be switched on first as its the first platform we launch on, this will be followed by Uber Eats and Just Eat.
